Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Appointments & Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance. Your date and time are only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit has been paid. 2. Deposit A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. If the deposit is not received in time, the slot will automatically be released to the next client. 3. Payment The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment, before services begin. Payments may be made via EFT or cash. 4. Travel & Call-Out Fees A travel fee will apply for mobile appointments. This fee is calculated according to the distance from my location and will be included in your quote. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the full amount being charged. • If you need to reschedule, the deposit will be transferred to the new date once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. • No-shows forfeit the full amount. 6. Lateness Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be shortened. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and marked as a no-show. 7. Bridal Bookings Bridal bookings require a 50% deposit and must be secured at least 2–4 months in advance. Trial appointments are recommended for all brides. Final quotes are based on the number of faces, travel distance, start time, and any additional requirements. 8. Hygiene & Skin Conditions Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Please disclose any allergies or skin conditions before the appointment. I cannot take responsibility for reactions if this information is not communicated. 9. Refunds No refunds are provided for completed services or deposits. If I need to cancel for any reason, your full deposit will be refunded.
